SUPPORTING D.R. AND HIS FAMILY

Local family sues Scouting America after 5-year-old beaten, suffers broken leg during Cub Scout meeting

Recently, a local Bowling Green family shared heartbreaking news. Their five-year-old son suffered a severe leg fracture during a Cub Scout meeting and has since undergone multiple surgeries. He is currently in a wheelchair and facing a long road to recovery.

According to publicly reported news coverage, the child has undergone two surgeries and is currently in a wheelchair during recovery.

The Kingston Children’s Foundation is stepping in to help ease the financial and emotional burden during this difficult time.

Royalties will assist with:

  • Medical expenses

  • Accessibility needs

  • Missed work support

  • Ongoing care during recovery

As a friend, a community member, and the founder of The Kingston Children’s Foundation, I can't do nothing.

The Kingston Children’s Foundation was created with a simple promise:
When children are hurting, we respond with love and action.

Rather than asking for direct donations, I am dedicating 100% of my Amazon author royalties from my children’s eBooks to support this child and his family during their recovery.

We are not involved in any legal proceedings. Our mission is simply to support children and families during hardship.

📚 Why Ebooks?

My books — Jasmine and the Backyard Kingdom and its sequel — are available as eBooks on Amazon.

eBooks allow:

  • No printing expense

  • No inventory waste

  • A larger portion of proceeds going directly to help

Every purchase becomes both a story shared and support given.

🌟 About the Books

Jasmine and the Backyard Kingdom is the first in a series of whimsical adventures inspired by my beloved dog, Jasmine — whose loyalty, curiosity, and gentle spirit shape this magical world.

Each story is rooted in imagination, wonder, courage, and compassion.

These books were written to celebrate:

  • Friendship

  • Creativity

  • Kindness

  • The quiet strength found in doing what is right

But they were also written with purpose.

Through storytelling, I strive to build something bigger than books — a foundation committed to helping children who need stability, love, and support.

✍️ About Me

My name is Sebastian. I am a storyteller, dreamer, and founder of The Kingston Children’s Foundation, a registered nonprofit organization in the State of Ohio.

I believe storytelling is more than imagination.

It is a promise.

A promise to build a world where every child feels seen, valued, and protected.

Right now, that promise means helping one local child heal.

If you choose to purchase one of these eBooks, please know that 100% of the author royalties I receive from Amazon will be donated to assist this family during their recovery.

Thank you for reading.
Thank you for caring.
And thank you for believing that stories can make a difference.

Jasmine's First Adventure

“Jasmine and the Backyard Kingdom” is a heartwarming tale of courage, curiosity, and kindness. When Jasmine, an adventurous pup, discovers a hidden world beneath the oak tree, she’s thrust into a magical journey to help a kingdom in need. Alongside squirrels, chipmunks, and a poetic bird named Sir Whistlefeather,

Jasmine uncovers the mystery of the missing Royal Acorns—not through blame, but through empathy. This story celebrates the power of seeing beyond first impressions and reminds readers that even the smallest acts of compassion can unite a community. Perfect for young readers and families, it’s a tale where imagination leads to understanding and where every adventure leaves hearts a little fuller.
